Every so often we like to take a look at a mill deck in Modern, which is exactly what we’ll be doing today. The deck we’re taking a look at was played by Magic Online user salvagers to a 5-0 finish in a Modern League. One pretty sweet addition to the Modern mill frame is that of Manic Scribe, straight from Shadows over Innistrad. We even have Jace’s Phantasm in this version as an alternate win condition.
